Job Summary
Lead IT financial management and portfolio governance for Constellation Brands’ technology organization. Develop and implement an end-to-end IT financial management strategy (e.g., TBM/TPM), drive IT budgeting and forecasting, own ITTotal Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis across services, and oversee investment evaluation aligned with business goals. Build KPIs and governance processes, partner with FP&A, Procurement, and IT leadership to optimize resource utilization, monitor industry trends, and drive continuous improvement in IT financial practices. Demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and effective stakeholder engagement to ensure maximum value and efficiency from IT investments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in financial management, portfolio management, or related IT roles
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Preferred certifications in financial management or project management (e.g., CFA, CPA, PMP)
