Required Qualifications
- Overall IT experience: Required. 7 + yrs.
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Required.
- PMO and Change Management operations. Required. 7 + yrs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project). Required.
- Demonstrated ability to train and coach others on tools and processes. Required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Required.
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Project Portfolio Management tools (e.g., MS Project, PPM Pro, ServiceNow)
- PMP certification
Additional Requirements
- Preference for local candidates to the Newark, NJ region to work onsite 3 times a week, 2 days remote.
