Job Summary
Manage IT applications, infrastructure, and operating systems while supporting end-user productivity tools and resolving incidents across the plant floor. Execute business continuity plans, provide escalations, and maintain accurate support documentation for server operations, network equipment, and Windows/Linux ecosystems. Focus on long-term application and hardware maintenance, IIoT integration, and software-defined networking to enable flexible manufacturing processes. Collaborate with corporate IT and business owners to prioritize improvement efforts and manage workload assignments. Support multi-shift operations and weekend production as needed in a Cisco-based environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a relevant field
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to work on-site with flexible hours to support multi-shift operations
- Must be available to support weekend production when necessary
