Own a market segment in the IT sector and actively build it through B2B sales in the Rhein/Ruhr region. Secure IT positions in infrastructure and development, managing the full process from acquisition to placement. Establish a sustainable network of candidates and clients. This role offers an uncapped, performance-based fee structure ranging from 20,000 to 35,000 € per placement, with a realistic base salary of 80,000 to 100,000 € plus car allowance. You work in a hybrid model with no micromanagement, supported by dedicated tech recruiters and a private health insurance budget.
