Job Summary
Manage the stable operation of IT/OT systems, networks, servers, and digital infrastructure at the Takasaki Plant, handling incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Lead IT/OT projects aimed at enhancing productivity and operational stability while executing change management, security compliance, and business continuity planning. Collaborate with global IT teams, internal departments, and external vendors to implement cloud solutions, automation, and new technologies for infrastructure expansion. Support the continuous production process through direct engagement with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams, leveraging on-site insights to drive efficiency and safety across the facility.
Required Qualifications
- 大卒以上
- 日本語ビジネスレベル
- 日本語能力試験N1保持者
- TOEIC 600点程度以上
- ITインフラ、ネットワーク、サーバー、プラットフォーム運用・管理の実務経験
- 製造業、工場でのIT運用・管理経験
- IT関連分野の学士号以上
- ITインフラ、ネットワーク、クラウド、セキュリティ領域への強い関心
- 学習意欲
