Job Summary
The IT Order-to-Cash Manager will oversee the global Order-to-Cash (OTC) application landscape, focusing on the design, implementation, and support of SAP S/4HANA modules (SD and GTS). Responsibilities include leading the global strategy and implementation for OTC processes, managing application landscape governance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with various business functions. The role requires substantial experience in overseeing IT application leadership roles within OTC processes, managing global teams, and ensuring system compliance and integrity. Strong stakeholder management and the ability to optimize ERP systems are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
- 8+ years of experience in an IT application leadership role
- Proven experience with SAP SD module and SAP GTS
- Strong understanding of the OTC end-to-end process
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Solid governance mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in managing global teams
- Vendor/outsourcing management experience
- Familiarity with export compliance (SAP GTS)
- Fluency in additional language(s)
