Job Summary
IT Ops Engineer in Shell India within the HRIT DevOps team, focused on Workday Compensation & Performance Management, providing HR System Support for employees, external candidates, and extended enterprise. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Workday landscape and integrations, deploying fixes with cross-system coordination, maintaining end-to-end data integrity across the landscape, handling change requests and future country Pay batches, engaging stakeholders to assess vendor releases, and contributing to agile ceremonies with the HRIT DevOps team. The role requires business- and technical-solution alignment, strong problem-solving and collaboration in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and proficiency with Workday tools and office software. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Technology or related degree
- minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience with Workday Compensation, Advance Compensation, & Reporting
- Extensive technical knowledge & configuration skills in Workday Compensation & Performance Management
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
- Requirements gathering to establish business requirements for Workday changes
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint & Visio
- English language proficiency (written and verbal)
