Job Summary
Hands-on IT Operations lead for end-user IT, endpoint management, identity & access, and SaaS administration across the Bengaluru office and a remote workforce. Single point of accountability for IT service delivery from new-hire setup to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audit readiness, with a focus on building processes, automating tasks, and improving security posture as the company scales.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in IT Operations / Corporate IT / End-User Computing
- Strong hands-on experience administering Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom
- Experience managing Mac and Windows fleets via MDM (Jamf, Intune, Kandji)
- Working knowledge of identity providers: Okta, Azure AD / Entra ID, or Google SSO including SAML, SCIM, and MFA
- Exposure to SOC 2 and/or ISO 27001 audits
- Scripting / automation comfort (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) and ITSM tooling (Jira Service Management, Freshservice)
- Excellent communication skills and service mindset
