Job Summary

Postman's IT Operations & Support role in EMEA/UK is the first IT hire for the region, providing hands-on support across EMEA time zones, maintaining local office infrastructure (network, AV, conference rooms), managing hardware inventory, onboarding/offboarding, and serving as the regional IT contact for the UK office and remote EMEA staff. You will collaborate with US and India IT teams to ensure seamless handoffs, contribute to global IT documentation, and support GDPR-related IT controls. The role requires strong Mac support (Jamf, Apple Business Manager), Okta/IdP and SSO experience, familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Atlassian, and the ability to operate independently as the initial IT presence in the region. Expect follow-the-sun coverage, cross-time-zone coordination, and a focus on building IT operations in a growing international company.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years in IT operations or IT support
  • Experience with macOS troubleshooting (Jamf, Apple Business Manager)
  • Experience with Okta or similar IdP for user lifecycle management, SSO, and access provisioning
  • Familiarity with SaaS administration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian)
  • Strong communication and ability to work across time zones
  • Ability to work independently as the initial IT hire in the region
  • Experience building IT operations processes in a growing international company
  • Knowledge of GDPR IT controls and data residency considerations
