Job Summary
The IT Operations Specialist at Milliman will provide IT support to the APAC and EMEA regions, including system configuration and deployment for Windows and MacOS endpoints, end user support, and advanced troubleshooting for IT issues. Responsibilities include managing servers and networking equipment, implementing data backup strategies, conducting employee security education campaigns, and participating in enterprise-wide IT projects. Candidates need a minimum of 5 years of experience in Desktop Support, familiarity with Microsoft environments, and excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Desktop Support or system administration role.
- Previous experience supporting a Microsoft Windows/MacOS desktop environment.
- Proficiency with Active Directory, Power Shell Scripting for account/permissions administration.
- Working knowledge of endpoint management tools like SCCM and ITSM software.
- Previous experience with Windows Active Directory and Domain environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Process oriented with experience in technical customer support.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Outstanding customer service and interaction skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
