Job Summary
The IT Operations Specialist will provide day-to-day IT support to radiologists and hospital clients across the U.S., managing system connectivity and troubleshooting issues related to network access and remote imaging systems. This role requires proficiency in remote access tools and Excel programming.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT operations, technical support, or systems administration (healthcare or telemedicine preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with both technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
- Must be able to work on-site five days per week.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with remote access tools such as VPNs, PACS, RIS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel programming.
