Job Summary
Serve as regional lead for end-user technology support, endpoint management, and identity and access administration across a global workforce. Triage and resolve IT tickets while partnering with UAE and Singapore-based colleagues to deliver follow-the-sun coverage across multiple time zones. Manage macOS environments via Jamf and Windows devices through Intune, administering access through Okta and Entra ID. Enforce endpoint security standards, support secure connectivity for remote and office users, and assist with cybersecurity incident response activities. Maintain documentation for ISO 27001 operational controls and audit evidence. Provide white-glove support to senior leaders and critical business events, including occasional after-hours assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years' experience in IT operations, end-user support, or systems administration
- Hands-on experience managing macOS environments with Jamf, including device management, patch policies, compliance reporting, and automation
- Experience administering Okta including SSO, group-based access, lifecycle workflows, and MFA policies
- Working knowledge of Entra ID and Microsoft 365 in a hybrid identity environment
- Understanding of endpoint security and access controls
- Experience supporting collaboration tooling including Slack, Zoom, Microsoft 365, and Atlassian
- Experience operating in a global team; comfort coordinating across time zones and supporting users remotely
- Strong incident handling discipline, with the ability to document actions clearly enough to support audit and regulatory review
- Travel as required up to 15%
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within a fintech, financial services, or family office environment
- Relevant certifications such as JAMF 200, Okta Certified Administrator, Apple Certified Support Professional, CompTIA A+/Security+, or Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar compliance frameworks
- Experience with secure access and cloud-based productivity tools
- Exposure to developer tools such as GitHub or JFrog
- Experience supporting enterprise AI tools, including ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, or similar platforms
