Job Summary
IT Operations Site Engineer responsible for end-to-end daily operation of site systems (including mobility telecoms) and NFR systems, vendor/contract management, asset tracking, and ensuring SLA targets. The role includes on-site visits in Istanbul, on-call/out-of-hours work, ISO27001 compliance, collaborating with business units, and creating PRs/POs while coordinating with suppliers and service providers to resolve incidents and drive process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years relevant IT experience
- Analytical and questioning mindset
- Architectural approach for systems in designing long term solutions
- Solid understanding of downstream business processes and systems
- IFSF & ISO8583 standards knowledge & troubleshooting
- Practical hands-on ability to resolve problems related to above systems
- Good team player and able to efficiently work and communicate with 3rd party service providers
- Customer focused and able to provide training to the customer
- Able to deliver under time pressure and deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Business English, written and oral
