Job Summary
IT Operations Manager responsible for owning and optimizing NexGen Cloud's IT environment across London and Marbella (hybrid work model). Key duties include owning the Microsoft 365 footprint (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams), managing the device fleet (Windows/macOS) with Intune, administering SaaS platforms (Atlassian, Slack, Zoom, HubSpot), and building/workflow automation in Power Automate. Serves as primary IT support across offices, partners with Security Operations to enforce access controls and configuration standards, and oversees IT vendor management, procurement, licensing, and SLA adherence. Requires 5+ years in Microsoft 365 administration, strong SaaS administration skills, experience supporting distributed teams, and willingness to travel between London and Marbella. Flexible working arrangements (remote or hybrid) offered depending on role and location.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration — Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams
- Solid experience with Microsoft Power Automate and SharePoint-based workflow automation
- Experience managing a corporate device fleet across Windows and macOS using Intune or equivalent MDM
- Proficiency in SaaS administration, particularly Atlassian (Jira and Confluence) and Slack
- Experience supporting end users across multiple offices or a distributed environment
- Strong troubleshooting instincts and the ability to manage competing priorities without losing grip
- Willingness to travel periodically between our London and Marbella offices
