Job Summary
Manage the full lifecycle of endpoints from procurement through disposal, building automated MDM setups to ensure scalable and secure device usage. Enforce security baselines and compliance measures including BitLocker, antivirus, and ISO-27001 documentation while supporting onboarding enablement and 1st/2nd-level support. Automate Entra ID administration and recurring IT processes using modern tools and AI to reduce manual routine work. Maintain stability for Frankfurt office infrastructure, covering network, printers, and meeting room technology. Work onsite in Frankfurt with flexible hours, offering service-oriented support in German and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bereit, regelmäßig im Frankfurter Büro vor Ort zu arbeiten
- Flexibel und pragmatisch bei auftretenden IT-Problemen zur Stelle sein
- Serviceorientiertes Mindset
- Themen proaktiv, lösungsorientiert und hands-on angehen
- Stabile, sichere und compliant laufende Systeme aufbauen
- Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Administration von macOS und Windows
- Erfahrung mit Device-Management- oder Security-Tools
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft
- Grundlegende Netzwerkkenntnisse (z. B. WLAN, VPN)
- Verstehen typischer Setups in einem modernen SaaS-Umfeld
- Sehr gute Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Klare, lösungsorientierte Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe mit Nicht-Techies
- Regelmäßige Vor-Ort-Arbeit im Frankfurter Büro
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung mit iOS/iPadOS-MDM
- App-Packaging (IntuneWin/PKG)
- SIEM/XDR-Signale grob einordnen können
- Berührungspunkte mit ISO-27001
- Lust, sich Wissen zu ISO-27001 on-the-job aufzubauen
