IT Operations Manager

Job Summary
Oversee daily IT infrastructure operations, including servers, networks, firewalls, and backups to ensure system reliability and preventive maintenance. Supervise the helpdesk support team, enforce SLAs, resolve incidents, and provide user training while developing and updating IT policies aligned with ITIL best practices. Implement cybersecurity measures, monitor data protection, manage disaster recovery, and support ERP and application integrations for infrastructure readiness. Negotiate vendor agreements, track assets, and oversee procurement and equipment retirement. Requires a bachelor's degree, five years of IT operations experience, and strong leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years in IT operations, infrastructure, or system administration
- Strong knowledge of servers, networks, firewalls, virtualization, and backups
- Experience managing helpdesk/support teams
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Desired Qualifications
- ERP knowledge (SAP Business One preferred)
- Familiarity with SQL servers, AD/O365, and security tools
- ITIL certification or equivalent
