Job Summary
Manage and train the credit union’s IT Operations Team; provide support for end user systems, networking, telephony and communications equipment; research, develop, implement, test, monitor, and review end user systems to align with the Credit Union’s standards, policies, and Information Security Program to protect assets and mitigate unauthorized access, disclosure, and misuse. Lead supervisory and project management efforts, ensure compliance with information systems policies, and maintain effective IT operations and service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BSA/BS) or equivalent from four-year college or technical school
- three (3) years related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Supervisory and project management experience
