Job Summary
Oversee design, implementation, operations, and maintenance of IT infrastructure; lead IT Operations & Maintenance (IT O&M) department personnel and manage budgets. Interface with LM client to optimize LM Enterprise Network performance within cybersecurity constraints to meet LMSP customer needs. Provide reliable and secure operation of the LM Enterprise Network and offer help desk/desktop support to LM clients and LMSP customers. Communicate goals and status to the Client and LMSP, recruit staff, approve SOPs for Network Operations, and represent LM/LMSP professionally. Demonstrate strong technical skills in Microsoft solutions, enterprise server/storage/network/virtualization, and lead a team to plan, estimate, and manage projects while fostering customer service excellence. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related STEM field, 10+ years IT experience with 5 years in leadership, and pre-employment screenings. Travel less than 10%.
