IT Operations Lead, Corporate Technology

Job Summary
Own the delivery, reliability, and continuous improvement of corporate IT services and end-user technology while serving as the primary relationship manager for the MSP, including performance management and SLA oversight. Manage operational oversight of service requests, incidents, escalations, and user support processes, alongside employee onboarding, offboarding, device lifecycle management, and access provisioning. Administer business systems including identity platforms, productivity suites, and SaaS applications, and lead implementation of upgrades and operational improvement initiatives. Establish and document operational processes for incident, request, asset, and change management while maintaining accurate inventories of endpoints, software assets, and vendors. Partner with Security to implement controls across endpoints and identity platforms, support compliance and audit activities for frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001, and develop operational reporting and dashboards. Provide hands-on troubleshooting for critical issues and support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations, corporate IT, infrastructure, or service delivery roles
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Entra ID, Okta, Jamf, Kandji, Intune, or similar enterprise platforms
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Experience managing Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and third-party technology vendors
- Strong understanding of identity and access management, endpoint management, and SaaS administration
- Experience supporting cloud-first technology environments and modern productivity platforms
- Familiarity with IT service management practices including incident, request, change, and asset management
- Understanding of IT security best practices, especially least-privilege access principles
- Strong organizational, project management, and vendor management skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams
- Ability to balance strategic improvement initiatives with hands-on operational responsibilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with endpoint security tools like Zscaler, SentinelOne, or CrowdStrike
- Experience supporting distributed or global workforces
- Experience working in regulated, security-focused, or audit-driven environments
- Understanding of security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and/or ISO 27001
- Prior experience in a startup or high-growth company
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain, AI, or infrastructure-focused businesses
