IT Operations & Infrastructure Administrator

Job Summary
Provide technical support for office, manufacturing, and remote users while administering Microsoft 365, networking, endpoint management, and cybersecurity solutions. Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. Support Meraki network infrastructure including switches, wireless access points, security appliances, and VPN connectivity. Assist with Fortinet firewall administration and monitor system health to respond to alerts and assist with infrastructure maintenance. Manage user onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, licensing, and access management. Maintain accurate documentation of systems and procedures. Participate in technology projects, system implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Work with vendors to troubleshoot issues and coordinate support activities. This role requires onsite presence five days a week.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure support
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support
- Experience supporting enterprise networking technologies, preferably Meraki
- Experience with firewall administration, preferably Fortinet
- Familiarity with endpoint management solutions such as Intune, NinjaOne, or similar platforms
- Experience supporting conference room and collaboration technologies
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and wireless networking
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- This position requires working onsite five days a week
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in IT, experience in a manufacturing environment, or 5-10 years in an enterprise level support role
- Microsoft, Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, CompTIA, or related certifications
- Exposure to cybersecurity tools and best practices
- Experience with IT service management platforms and ticketing systems
