Join our dedicated team as an IT Operations Field Specialist, supporting IT needs and ensuring effective customer service within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
- Associate's degree in a related technical field
- Minimum of one (1) year of IT Support work experience
- Strong operational and analytical abilities
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of PC, printer, file servers, print servers and network operations
- Knowledge of network cabling, switches/hubs, routers, firewalls, network diagnostic tools, network operating systems and TCP/IP protocol
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and personal computer software setup
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and encryption software
- Ability to travel to/between sites and possess a valid CA State Driver’s License
Additional Requirements
- Must possess a valid / unrestricted CA State Driver’s License and proof of insurance
