Job Summary
IT Operations Engineer for SAP Fieldglass within Shell India (HR DevOps) supports SAP Fieldglass functionality as part of Contingent Workforce Management. Responsibilities include translating user requirements into technical solutions, administering SAP Fieldglass configurations, end-to-end testing, incident troubleshooting, collaborating with HRIT DevOps, supporting scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, and contributing to HRIT strategy alignment. Requires 3+ years IT experience, knowledge of SAP Fieldglass, HR systems, integrations, and strong communication in English. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- minimum 3+ years of experience in information technology
- Good knowledge of Contingent Workforce processes or relevant experience with HR systems - preferably with global exposure and track of CI improvements and/or Technical knowledge & configuration skills in SAP Fieldglass application
- Good knowledge of CP processes related to contingent workforce and/or Good knowledge of Finance and AP processes related to ERS auto posting
- Good knowledge of system integrations and able to troubleshoot issues in SAP Fieldglass landscape & integrations to multiple systems
- Well-developed communication skills
- Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team oriented, collaborative environment, fast paced and handle planned and unplanned responsibilities
- Influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of agile project management methodologies, scrum ceremonies and DevOps ways of working
- Knowledge of HR systems & applications (e.g. Workday, Salesforce, etc.) and understanding of IT organization and ways of working will be an asset
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
