Job Summary
IT Operations Engineer focusing on SAP Fieldglass within Shell's HRIT DevOps, responsible for end-to-end support of SAP Fieldglass functionality, from design and configuration through testing, incident resolution, and post-deployment maintenance. Collaborates with product owners, scrum teams, and HR business engagement to translate user requirements into technical configurations, manage system changes, troubleshoot fieldglass-related incidents, and stay aligned with roadmap and product updates to improve user experience and contingent workforce processes. Role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, documentation, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced, global DevOps environment with a focus on SAP Fieldglass administration and integrations across HRIT systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- minimum 3+ years in information technology
- Good knowledge of Contingent Workforce processes or HR systems
- Knowledge of SAP Fieldglass application and integrations
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience with agile project management methodologies and DevOps practices
