Job Summary
IT Operations Engineer to support day-to-day IT operations, user lifecycle management, endpoint support, and asset management across a global environment. Responsibilities include providing L1/L2 hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 support for Windows and macOS; managing onboarding/offboarding, device setup, access provisioning, and deprovisioning; supporting endpoint management with Intune; maintaining IT asset inventory and service documentation; owning tickets end-to-end with timely resolution; following IT processes and security/access guidelines; coordinating with vendors for procurement, repairs, replacements, and logistics; escalating issues when needed while maintaining ownership until closure; supporting global IT operations and providing backup coverage as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Tech/B.E. in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or endpoint support
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365
- Basic networking knowledge: LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with ticketing tools and SLA-based support (e.g. JIRA)
- Exposure to Intune, SCCM, Jamf, or similar endpoint tools
- Understanding of Entra, MFA, access management, and device compliance
- Good communication, documentation, and ownership skills
- Be available for on-site IT support from the Gurgaon office
