Job Summary
Provide advanced support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, and warehouse applications while troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. Manage handheld devices, printers, and barcode scanners through system imaging, patching, and firmware upgrades. Resolve complex IT problems by coordinating with vendors and regional teams, ensuring stable infrastructure in a 24/7 warehouse environment. This one-year contract requires 100% onsite work in Whitestown, Indiana, with a rate of $22–$30 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Three+ years of IT support or IT operations experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, printers, handheld devices, and networking
- Familiar with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi-Fi, and troubleshooting tools
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management processes
- Ability to support shift-based or after-hours operations when required
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or retail environments preferred
- Experience with Zebra/Honeywell devices, Intune/MDM, or warehouse automation systems is a plus
