Job Summary
IT Operations Engineer responsible for managing Linux/Windows infrastructure, incident response, security/compliance, automation, and reliability. Key tasks include infrastructure management, networking (DNS, DHCP, firewalls), storage (NFS/NAS/SAN/CIFS/SMB), load balancing, CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps, Jenkins), automation with bash/python/powershell, configuration management (Ansible, Puppet), monitoring/troubleshooting (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana), on-call support, incident/problem management, SLAs, IT risk and security controls, DR/BCP for high availability, and collaboration with IT management tools (Azure DevOps, ServiceNow). Candidate should be comfortable with RHEL and Windows, cloud application development/deployment (Azure, GCP), and agile environments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications Proficient level of experience in CI/CD
- Proficient level of handling incident and problem management
- Proficient level in scripting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Accountable and takes ownership of problems
- Demonstrates composure and effective decision-making in high-pressure situations
