IT Operations & Compliance Administrator

Job Summary
Reconcile IT invoices, allocate technology costs to projects, and process back-billing while tracking spending, contracts, and vendor commitments. Coordinate with Finance, Accounts Payable, and stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Lead audit activities by collecting evidence, tracking remediation, and serving as the primary contact for internal and external audit meetings. Maintain operational trackers, prepare monthly metrics, and identify opportunities to automate manual processes. Work M-F in an office setting with no visa sponsorship required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, financial administration, audit support, compliance, purchasing, or a related field
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, filtering, and reconciliation worksheets
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Experience collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and auditors
- Ability to handle sensitive financial, employee, vendor, and compliance information
- Strong technical aptitude and interest in automation, reporting, and process improvement
- Eligible candidates must currently reside in the US and authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- This position will work in office M-F
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting IT, Finance, Compliance, Audit, Procurement, HR, Payroll, or Operations functions
- Experience with Jira, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, ERP, accounting, procurement, or workflow management systems
- Experience coordinating audit evidence across multiple departments
- Experience with application administration, dashboards, workflows, or process automation
- Familiarity with software licensing, contracts, renewals, vendor management, and compliance reporting
- Comfort learning new systems, improving processes, identifying discrepancies, and using technology to streamline manual work (deep technical expertise not required)
