Job Summary
IT Operations Center Engineer responsible for monitoring the performance and capacity of computer systems and network devices, performing regular maintenance, daily administration tasks, managing backups, monitoring security alerts, providing technical support and troubleshooting, responding to incidents and change requests, and participating in the design and implementation of projects. Requires a university degree in computer science/IT, at least 3 years of Windows Server and Microsoft technologies experience, Azure and Hyper-V expertise, knowledge of AD/SC tools, strong communication, and English proficiency; hybrid work model offered in a 24/7 shift environment.
Required Qualifications
- University/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience with Windows Server Operating Systems
- Experience with System Center tools (SCVMM - SCOM - SCCM) and/or Active Directory
- Technical expertise in Microsoft Azure platform (IaaS and PaaS, RBAC, Azure Policy)
- Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization (Live Migration, Storage Migration)
- Familiarity with configuration and installation of network devices and services
- Strong communication skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cooperatively with diverse teams
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and verbal)
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift schedule
- Relevant certifications are a plus
