Job Summary
IT Operations Asset Specialist responsible for maintaining a complete and accurate IT asset inventory, ensuring high-quality data, and driving automation for asset onboarding/offboarding. Collaborates with IAM, CMSB, monitoring, patching, backup, and security tooling to enforce standard onboarding/offboarding playbooks. Defines and governs end-to-end asset lifecycle standards across Network, Server, Cloud, Security, and Monitoring teams; owns data quality standards and lifecycle definitions, and coordinates with Service/Platform owners to ensure Asset Management involvement before go-live. Requires on-site presence in Fredericia (DK) and Flensburg (DE).
Required Qualifications
- Experience within IT asset management, CMDB or infrastructure operations
- Structured and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Communicate clearly across functions and stakeholders
- Good English language skills (written and spoken)
- Thrive in coordination and cross-functional collaboration
