Job Summary
IT operations analyst needed in London to be the primary on-site IT point of contact for the London office, overseeing onboarding/offboarding for the EMEA region, device lifecycle and asset management, and the reliability of office technology. Responsibilities include macOS and SaaS support (Okta, Kandji/Iru, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion), A/V and conferencing systems, Wi‐Fi, and partnering with the global IT team on automation and security. The role emphasizes building AI-driven workflows, reducing repetitive work, and improving the employee experience, with 2+ years of IT operations experience and strong problem-solving and communication skills. The role requires 4 days per week in the London office (in-person).
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years hands-on IT support or IT operations experience
- strong troubleshooting skills with macOS environments
- working knowledge of identity and access management (Okta)
- experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion or similar SaaS stack
- experience supporting conference room A/V and hybrid meeting setups
- excellent problem-solving instincts and customer-obsessed mindset
- strong communication skills with technical and non-technical colleagues
- familiarity with scripting/automation (optional)
- experience with AI tooling and automation (nice-to-have)
- industry certifications (Okta, Apple, Google Workspace, ITIL) (nice-to-have)
- multi-region/global team experience (nice-to-have)
