Job Summary
IT Operations Analyst provides advanced technical support and acts as level 3 escalation for complex issues, administers and maintains Timberland Bank’s technology infrastructure, and supports Microsoft 365, network/firewall management, patching, backups, and disaster recovery. Responsible for configuring and securing Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook), managing user accounts and permissions, supporting security/compliance initiatives, assisting with device deployment, monitoring and troubleshooting network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, VPNs), participating in upgrades and configurations, vulnerability tracking/remediation, coordinating with vendors, documenting IT processes, and contributing to projects and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support, help desk, systems administration, or network support environments.
- Experience with Windows 11, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Entra ID preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Basic networking knowledge (routing, switching, VLANs, VPN)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and endpoint protection
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of virtualization (Hyper-V)
