Job Summary
Provide first-level engagement for resolving technical problems within the CVS Health environment by reacting quickly to alerts and making critical decisions impacting store, corporate, and employee satisfaction. Log, escalate, and resolve events, incidents, problems, and requests to ensure continuity of service while maintaining high-quality support within committed service levels. Document and rectify issues using proper follow-up, adhering to specific customer service guidelines. This night shift position operates from 6pm to 6am, rotating between 3 and 4 days a week. The role supports Command Center Operations (CCO), ensuring prompt, professional service delivery across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of information technology experience
- 2 + years of experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tool
- 2+ years of experience with monitoring and network tools such as AppDynamics, SiteScope, Splunk or similar Application Performance Management monitoring tools
- Must be able to work a 12 hour night shift
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of the CVS Health IT environment, its departments, and their interdependencies
- Knowledge of operational and functional accountability of infrastructure, application, and production support
- Understanding of gathering business impact for major incident outages
