Job Summary
Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams to translate needs into clear technical requirements and actionable solutions. Gather, document, and validate business requirements while analyzing existing systems to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement. Partner with IT teams to design and implement solutions that improve system functionality, support the diagnosis and resolution of technical issues, and apply knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and API integrations. Provide regular updates on project progress and monitor ongoing system effectiveness to recommend improvements that optimize IT systems and business processes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT operational role with a focus on business analysis and systems improvement
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify, evaluate, and resolve technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of data analysis, SQL, and reporting tools
- Experience with business analysis methodologies, process modeling, and IT troubleshooting
- Understanding of IT systems, operational processes, and systems improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), API integrations, and web-based applications
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
- Comfortable navigating complex challenges with limited standardization
- Detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence
- Must be able to work within the United States (no outside of US hiring)
