Job Summary
IT Operation Specialist at Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited. You will be the go-to expert for internal teams, guiding how to set up applications to meet Bosch standards and directives; design and plan IT infrastructure for new applications to ensure security and stability; lead end-to-end onboarding of new applications from planning to go-live; deliver reliable IT services and continuously improve them; assist in project planning, provide on-call support for urgent issues, and travel to customer sites when needed. Strong technical foundation with expertise in Linux/Windows server administration, Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, scripting (PowerShell, Python, Ansible), monitoring (Splunk, New Relic), databases (SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Ansible), and networking & security.
