Job Summary
Execute work orders and manage incidents in accordance with service SLA requirements. Independently complete all tasks according to SOPs while controlling risks and continuously optimizing the EOP and project processes. Coordinate projects using familiar project management tools to achieve successful delivery and fulfill other related work under service contract or outsourcing specifications. Requires 35 years of data center experience, a bachelor's degree in computer-related majors, and conversational English skills.
