IT Operaiton Administration

Manage daily IT operations administration tasks including system monitoring, user account provisioning, and incident response. Execute routine maintenance schedules, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and document operational procedures for team reference. Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve technical escalations and ensure service level agreements are met. This role requires a full-time commitment with on-call availability for critical incidents. Candidates must possess strong technical skills in IT infrastructure and a proven track record in operations support.
