Job Summary
Provide technical IT on-site support in Zurich, handling hardware and software end-user environments; troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests; assist in preparing IT equipment per workplace requirements; set up and maintain multimedia in meeting rooms; participate in employee workstation relocations primarily in Zurich; contribute to hardware lifecycle and inventory management; ensure availability and distribution of end-user IT materials globally; collaborate on IT projects and rollouts; provide multimedia support for events; travel for short-term assignments to other national/international offices and occasionally outside regular hours.
Required Qualifications
- Completed apprenticeship in IT or equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in IT support
- Expertise in Microsoft Windows client environments and the Microsoft Office suite, with strong proficiency in Windows 11 and M365
- Knowledge of networking, IP telephony, and printing systems
- Familiarity with multimedia and conferencing systems used for presentations and virtual meetings
- Flexibility to work outside regular service hours when needed and willingness to travel for short-term assignments at national and international offices
- Fluent in German and English; conversational French or any other language would be an advantage
