Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day management of IT infrastructure, BankOne Core Banking Application, and digital banking platforms including Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, USSD, and POS channels. Monitor system performance, availability, and uptime while managing user access, roles, and security controls. Provide first- and second-level technical support to resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues, maintaining the IT helpdesk and ensuring timely resolution of requests. Ensure compliance with IT security policies, regulatory standards, and CBN requirements through regular audits and preventive measures. Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades, issue resolution, and maintenance, while managing software licensing and disaster recovery procedures. Prepare weekly and monthly IT performance reports and maintain asset registers.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in banking IT operations, core banking support, or financial technology
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in banking IT operations or financial technology
- Hands-on experience supporting BankOne Core Banking Application (CBA) is mandatory
- Experience supporting digital banking platforms and electronic payment systems
