Job Summary
Hands-on IT & Office Operations Manager overseeing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and day-to-day office operations in a hybrid role. You will maintain servers, network hardware, ERP/cloud systems, provide tier 1–3 user support for on-site and remote staff, implement security protocols per CMMC/NIST, manage vendor relationships, and lead small IT/office projects (software implementations, hardware upgrades, office moves). Responsibilities include budgeting, process improvement, onboarding/offboarding, scheduling/travel coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, operations, and HR to align IT and manufacturing needs. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS, ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP Business One), scripting (PowerShell, Python), and compliance standards (NIST CMMC, ITAR/ISO 9001) is preferred, along with leadership experience and excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of IT experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
- 2 years in a leadership or managerial role preferred
- US Citizenship, US Permanent Resident, or ability to meet contract-specific licensure requirements (ITAR/EAR)
