Job Summary
IT Observability & AIOps Lead responsible for steering the observability strategy across the IT ecosystem at Mutua Madrileña. Drive end-to-end visibility of applications and platforms, anticipate incidents, improve user experience, and boost operational resilience. Lead the observability platform governance (Dynatrace as core) and integrations, oversee advanced operations (performance, availability, alerts, anomalies, correlation), advance AIOps, automation, and remediation flows to shorten response times. Design operational and executive dashboards and KPIs; collaborate with development, cloud, infra, security, and architecture teams. Lead the observability team and serve as technical/methodological reference; promote Observability by Default culture throughout the organization.
