Job Summary
Senior IT Network Specialist responsible for ensuring availability, integrity, and reliability of enterprise network systems. Provides 3rd tier support to analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex problems; offers consulting during design, build, test, and deployment phases; mentors less experienced colleagues; collaborates with team members on projects; administers complex network components (routers, switches, load balancers); implements remediation for IT service gaps; maintains procedures and standards; ensures health and availability of systems; supports critical network services including DNS, DHCP, NTP, Route 53, and other network infrastructure; participates in lab testing of new technologies and design reviews; travels as needed within the IT environment and business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or job-related discipline or equivalent experience
- 4 years experience in IT-Information Technology operations
- IT-Information Technology Product certification, for example CCIE, CCAr, MCSE, MCSM, CIS, DDI Professional
