IT Network Manager

Plan and implement additions, deletions, and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure company-wide. Manage daily computer and electronic processing activities to ensure smooth operations and eliminate downtime. Maintain the integrity and continual operation of IT and wireless networks while ensuring mission-critical functions remain active. Oversee troubleshooting, system backups, archiving, and provide expert support as necessary. Manage help desk support activities and interact with internal clients to resolve IT issues timely. Participate in developing new applications and changes to existing software packages, and create specialized reporting systems for management inquiries. Order, acquire, inventory, and dispose of hardware and software when approved by the Executive Committee.
