Job Summary
IT Network and End User Systems Analyst role at SAG-AFTRA Federal Credit Union is a 100% in-person position based at the Burbank, CA office (remote/hybrid not available). The analyst will maintain and improve network and security systems, assist with risk assessments, pen tests, and security audits, supervise external consultants, and translate technical risks into business insights for senior leadership. Responsibilities include administering cybersecurity training, supporting information security program deliverables, incident response planning, regulatory compliance with NCUA and FFIEC, participating in third-party IT audits, maintaining business continuity plans and BIAs, vendor reviews, IT risk assessments, and collaboration with IT and business units to remediate vulnerabilities. The role reports to the CIO and requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, plus relevant certifications and 3-5 years of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
- A minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in Information security and Network support functions
- Information security certifications Security+ or equivalent
- Network certifications Network+, Server+ or equivalents
- Experience with ISACA, ISSA, FS-ISAC
- Proven experience in Project Management
- Knowledge of managing security and technology controls
- Experience with security incident response process and program
- Know-how to perform risk analysis activities
- Excellent analytical, detail, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to receive and maintain confidential information
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
