Job Summary
Plan, implement, and support network solutions ensuring capacity, availability, performance, reliability, and security for business and operational technology systems. Manage network services including routing, switching, wireless, NAC, firewalls, SD-WAN, and monitoring; oversee contractors and vendors for network projects. Secure passwords via the IT management system, procure hardware/software, and decommission equipment per Data Management Standard. Maintain network diagrams, registers, and documentation while monitoring the IT Service Desk for timely incident resolution. Participate in the on-call roster for remote urgent support and provide security incident reporting and remediation advice. Ensure OT systems comply with the OT Policy and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions.

- experience working within an ITIL framework
- Familiarity with Operational Technology architectures
- security standards and frameworks applicable to OT environments (IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82)
- Experience designing, implementing, operating, and supporting enterprise network technologies
- Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls
- SD-WAN solutions
- Cisco routing and switching
- Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)
- Cisco Catalyst Center
- Ubiquiti, Meraki and Ruckus wireless networks
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure networking
- Demonstrated ability to maintain or exceed best industry practice in implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting IT networks
- Working knowledge in supporting common desktop and server applications
