Job Summary
As an IT Network Administrator, you will maintain and support network services through monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a 24/7 Operational Center. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively with technicians and manage projects efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Sciences, or Business Administration
- Minimum five years of experience with supporting network operating systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to present information effectively in small groups
