Job Summary
Support users and manage service requests across sites in Ljungby, Stigamo, and Landvetter. Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting multiple systems while ensuring solutions meet operational goals and cost targets. Configure PCs and printers, oversee server and network infrastructure, and maintain integration between various systems. This role requires a B-license driver's permit. Candidates must have extensive industry experience, with logistics or WMS knowledge preferred. Applications are due by August 22, 2026, via the website only; interviews begin in August.
Required Qualifications
- B-körkort
- flerårig erfarenhet från IT-branschen
- djupare kunskap om klientuppsättningar för PC/Skrivare
- god förståelse för integrationer mellan olika system
- god kunskap om Office 365
- god kunskap om Microsofts plattform Azure
- förståelse för server, nätverk och andra infrastrukturella delar
- bekväma med att arbeta med klientuppsättningar och support
- god kunskaper i både svenska och engelska både skriftligt och muntligt
- utdrag ur belastningsregistret från polisens hemsida
- alcohol- och drogtester
Desired Qualifications
