Job Summary
Oversee and maintain all IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cybersecurity systems, while managing procurement, deployment, and support of hardware and software for manufacturing operations. Develop and implement IT policies to ensure data integrity, lead projects such as system upgrades and migrations, and provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to IT systems and data security. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, 5+ years of experience with at least 2 in a manufacturing environment, and proficiency with ERP systems like SAP and Oracle. Candidates must demonstrate strong cybersecurity knowledge relevant to industrial control systems and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) and their application in manufacturing operations
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements relevant to industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT)
- Demonstrated ability to manage IT infrastructure, network systems, and hardware in a production-critical environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) implementations or support
- Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) environments
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices within a manufacturing context (e.g., NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical manufacturing stakeholders
