IT Manager with MS Dynamics

Job Summary
Develop the Group's global modern workplace strategy and IT architecture while driving productivity gains across international branches. Monitor, control, and continuously improve the ERP system, prioritizing measures and collaborating with specialist departments to translate business needs into IT solutions. Manage IT service providers for applications and infrastructure, negotiate contracts, and govern implementation processes for AI solutions and data maturity. Prepare and manage the IT budget, develop IT delivery and compliance frameworks, and improve business-relevant KPIs using IT tools. Report to the Group CFO and coordinate with cross-functional teams worldwide to ensure process efficiency and transparency.
Required Qualifications
- A university degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Several years of experience in consulting or corporate roles in information technology
- Solid experience with IT infrastructure
- Solid experience with the implementation of ERP systems
- Solid experience with automated processes
- Solid experience with business applications
- Experience with applications like Microsoft 365
- Experience with MS Dynamics Business Central
- Experience with Sharepoint
- Experience with PowerBI
- Experience with MS Copilot
- Experience with LucaNet
- Strong understanding of intelligent workplace concepts
- Strong understanding of AI-driven process automation
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise clients and technology partners
