Job Summary
Lead IT operations across multiple U.S. sites, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, standards, and policies. Drive infrastructure, applications, and service delivery while mentoring IT staff, managing budgets, and overseeing ERP implementations (Infor CSI Syteline preferred). Ensure high system performance, cybersecurity compliance, and support for manufacturing and business operations. Collaborate with global IT leadership, manage vendor relationships, and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Travel up to 25% between U.S. and Canada locations; role is on-site in The Woodlands, TX or Lebanon, TN. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of IT operations experience, plus expertise in IT governance, ERP, data analytics, and cybersecurity. Hybrid/remote work is not offered for this position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of IT operations management experience
- ERP experience (Infor CSI Syteline strongly preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft M365 and Power BI
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and SOX compliance
- Strong leadership and project management skills
