Job Summary
Lead and oversee IT operations across the organization, managing Autoline, Salesforce CRM, and ERP systems while planning and delivering implementations, upgrades, and migration projects. Drive digital transformation initiatives that integrate automotive business applications and partner with stakeholders to align technology with operational needs. Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of business-critical IT systems across multiple branches while managing infrastructure, enterprise applications, and third-party vendors. Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT, proven experience in the automotive dealership industry, and demonstrated success in system migrations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager within the automotive dealership industry
- Strong hands-on experience with Autoline (Keyloop/ADP), Salesforce CRM, and ERP systems
- Demonstrated success in ERP implementation, system migration, and digital transformation projects
- Experience integrating automotive business applications and processes
